Stayed at a hotel with a charming lounge that I couldn't use, but hey, it had a stain glass window! Lots of shops and restaurants around, perfect if you want to spend all your money. Free Wi-Fi, thank God, I gotta post pics of my fabulous trip to "Madrid Centro".
Too bad the concierge staff wasn't available to entertain me all day, such a disappointment.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a great location. I plan to stay there again, next time I go back to Madrid.

I was travelling with a couple of friends and we thought overall it was very good. - better than we expected. Location is very good, it is right in the centre (Gran Via) and not very far from the main tourist attractions. Hotel was quiet and the staff at reception (day and night) was very good and helpful. Our room and the attached bathroom was very clean. This hotel is good value for money. Yes the lift is indeed small (3 persons MAX) and the TV lacks a selection of TV channels - but you only use the lift a couple of times per day and we weren't there to watch TV.

This hotel is right across from the metro station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the lively city of Madrid. The location is perfect, being in the center of the city and within walking distance to many popular attractions such as Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The rooms offer fabulous views of Madrid, allowing guests to admire the beauty of the city from the comfort of their accommodation. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities and offers rooms at a great value for money.
The lack of soundproofing in the hotel.

I found this hotel to be very good value for money and in an excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. The room was compact but very clean, I would definately recommend a room with a balcony with fantastic view's across the city (the views pictured are genuine from the balcony rooms) . This hotel was more than adequate for my needs and me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The lift is small and having to travel up to the 8th floor means this hotel would not suit somebody with physical dissabilties or if holidaying with more than one young child. The hotel is situated on a very lively, well lit corner of the Gran Via, there are (surprisingly) prostitutes on the street below and around the entrance area, they are there all day and night but this should not put you off as they don't pose any problem to guest's at all. I would like to add that these negatives did not by any means ruin my stay and I would definatly stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is very close to everything the tourist needs while in Madrid. Besides the tiny elevator, everything else was fine.

The location is perfect, right on Gran Via street, with a metro station just steps away. The rooms are decent and very clean for a hostel. The receptionists were helpful and provided information on local car parks. The hostel is close to major attractions, shopping options, and has a minimarket and cheap dining options nearby.
All was good.

1. Located In a rather seedy street where dozens of prostitudes lined the street. My wife was embarrased all the time we walked out of the hotel. There is a polce station on that street. They should correctthat situation 2. The hotel was very noisy. Dirctly above our room (# 818), on the 9th floor someone was moving furniture or heavy objects all day and at night (4 ockock in the morning) which woke us up. We complained and were told that the 9th floor did not belong to the hotel. We then .threatened to call the police if they wouldn'd or couldn'd correct that problem and we finally got another room onthe 7th floor which however did not have elevator access, so we had to climb a set of stairs all the time. I have very bad knees and specified elevator access when making the reservation. The young women at the front sesk were arrogant and not very cooperetive. When i requested to talk to the owner or manager, they told me that the manager/owne was not available..

People at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room was small but clean and nothing was lost during our absence. It is a family run business and it gives you the best value for the money.Very well located, just in the center of everything in Madrid.
The hotel needs a bigger sign. We walked around for 30 minutes in order to find it because the sign is very small. The hotel is located in the 8th floor of a building in which there is another hotel and there are no signs in the first floor that tell you in what floor the hotel is located.

I had a great experience at this hostel in Madrid. For the price, the room was comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

This hotel is an excellent budget option in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, with the metro station right across the street, making it convenient for exploring Madrid. The staff is extremely helpful and speaks good English. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a properly functioning air conditioner and wooden floors. I particularly enjoyed having a nice balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

this place was great - 70 euros a night for a double - it is all new, very clean, with aircon, daily room clean, very very central but high enough above the street that you don't hear too much noise, relaxed, friendly staff, will definately staff here again and would recommend without hesitation!
I suppose it might be a bit noisy for those who are sensitive

I had a very small room but it was comfortable enough for only one person. Everything was working fine and I had no problems.
Nothing really. It's great for value. If I really need to say something, the toilet flush wasn't working but they fixed it before I had a chance to even tell them.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to a metro station and in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all that the vibrant city has to offer. The rooms are well-maintained, with wooden floors and nice balconies that provide a pleasant view of the street. Additionally, the staff are friendly and provide good service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and taken care of during their stay.
All was ok, but it would have been great to have a few more plugs in the room to conveniently charge our devices.
